Rehabilitation of this historic African American church is ongoing as the Friends of New London try to save it for interpretation and adaptive re-use.

This web site is the virtual side of our museum and the first step in creating a significant new historic destination in central Virginia. We invite you to explore the other sections of our site and watch them grow as our research committee unearths new information.

     The mission of the Friends of New London, Virginia, Inc. is to operate the New London Museum as a venue to collect, preserve and disseminate information about the history of New London, Virginia, from its founding to the present day.
